this is gonna be the last car i do for a long long time so this thread will probally be quite long and extensive so just keep checking back. i sold off my last white eg, motor, 5 lug and everything to scoop this up as it sits. i needed a daily since my truck was on its last leg and needed more money than i cared to put into it. so i scooped this up off a friend for a good price as a starting point. it was basically the same thing i sold just in running condition and thats what i needed. that being said its got a lot of work going into it.

future plans are a full coilover setup, function 7 lca's and beaks tie bar. spoon carbon duckbill, maricle x bar, takata harnes's. new champ white paint and boost. i'd like to have most of that done before some of the bigger shows of the summer but we will see how the funds pan out. here are a few pics how it sits now. ill have plenty more up tomorrow of the progress of the new parts











and my old mans mini project he is finally working on again. if i find a cheap b series its gonna get that but for now we are gonna get it on the road for the summer. if there is any interest in it i might make its own thread for it.

 

some updates:

got the black interior and new stuff installed over the weekend. next step is to sand/strip the back and paint it.





found my leftovers from doing my old panels. i love this stuff its as close to oem as you can get as far as paint goes





i made a switch for my dvd player to go where my cigarette lighter was. since i dont use it and i dont like random switches on the dash or out in the open i figured this was a good place for it

i cut a little panel for it so it would sit flush in the little pocket

ill have more pics up of the interior this week once its all painted and cleaned up. im gonna put my new harness and battery in too this weekend and clean up the bay some. thats it for now

yea sem is the ****. the plastics were in good shape but im glad i painted them because they look brand new now.

i think i got in on here from someone for a hundred bucks or something like that. i got a good deal on the mugen wheel too used on ebay. just gotta keep an eye out and have cash when the deals come about

Hmmmm i need to do my interior all black wonder how that sem **** holds up, But there is a COMPLETE black interior at moms house but thats sketchy lol.

 

just switch it out thats what i did except for a few small things. i wouldnt do a dash and door panels in it but the rest is fine tom
