rear view mirror removal assistance?

rear view mirror removal assistance?
just recently purchased a wink mirror, and was wondering how to take off the stock rer view mirror on a '00 civic? also the clips that the visors clip on to in order to hold them in place? do they just unscrew?

I just left the clips there cause it seems it'd just be holes in your liner. As for the mirror mount, it's impossible. Everything I tried failed. If you get it let me know the secret.
