Default Moog experience...LCA bushing too small for bolt

Recently replaced the front lower control arm bushings (inner and outer) on my '97 Civic, inner are Moog, outer are KYB. Replaced them on an extra set of control arms to reduce vehicle down time - never looked at them side-by-side until the old arms were off the car.

I'm about to put the new arms on, when I realize the factory 19mm bolt will not fit through the Moog bushing...hole diameter might be about ~1mm too small.

Anybody else have this problem?

Maybe they're extra $$ for the extra steel/grey iron/whatever they seemed to have added to the bolt hole

Do the Integra bushings fit the 96-00 Civic front LCAs, or are you just commenting on the price? For some reason, Honda doesn't want to sell the Civic 96-00 front lca bushings separate from the entire arm...

Yeah I was just commenting on the Integra ones because the Civic ones aren't sold separately.

hate to revive this thread but i have 3 k90061 moog brand in front of me right now and all 3 are totally different.

I am trying to replace my inner front lower control arm bushings and this is what a 92 95 civic and 94 01 teg call for. So luckily when i got them i saw on the box says made in japan but hell every last one is completely different.

anyone know the Correct OD of the bushing.. i have a 42mm a 37mm, and a 32mm bushing, ALL 3 are moog k90061

Can't you just compare them to the OEM bushings side by side?
