Default Compensator arm dilemma...

I have a 95 Civic, and I'm in the process in replacing all the bushings and rear upper control arms along with the compensator arms. Problem is though, the bushing's sleeve on the compensator arm is stuck on the bolt and it won't come out. What can I use to separate the sleeve from the bolt?
Thanks.

Honda did a shitty job on the compesator arm, by this I mean, they (D average engineers) put an effing nut inside the subframe. What an effing design?
