Has ANYONE seen this before!?!?
Ok this is a rocker arm that has the vtec piston seized into place. This is the second time this has happened. I need some advice. Its on the intake side cylinder #3 Im running a ctr cam with dual valve springs. This is the second time this has happened on the same cylinder please anyone help me out here

Are you adjusting the valve lash right? That looks like you didn't adjust it, and it sat against the cam the whole time. What does the cam look like?
Yes I adjusted valves according to chiltons I think it was .006-.007 on the intake side and .007-.008 on the exhaust side the 2nd pic shows the cam pretty well but I have more pics of the cam below not the greatest though
