whats up HT.bought some hubcaps the other day and finally got around to paintin em.i just kept em silver.lemme know what you think.im eventually gonna do a red H in them and put a red lip on em.heres a pic.what you think?

yes painted factory silver.i didnt wanna do anything thatll stick out too much lol.i was gonna paint my steelys red that way a bet of red would shine through but i havent decided yet.

 

hubs look tight i think.better than payin 400-500 for wheels.im all about a cheap route lol

In all honest check with some of your local honda guys, you should be able to find a decent set of wheels for like $300. Cheap knock off wheels are a dime a dozen

 

lol small town in indiana = lifted trucks and bikes. hondas are gay around here.maybe 6 or 7 people in my town including me and my bro. hard to find cheap parts without drivin an hour and a half away.plus 300 is hard to come by on a waiters budget.not quite outta school yet and im doin what i can afford.

 

just take the hubcaps off and polish the lip on the steelies and clear coat them and paint the middle black,work with what you got.

 

and you do understand you are on honda-tech right? You may get flamed big time

 

if you are going to use hub caps, paint the wheels satin black, and leave the hubcaps silver so it looks new and fresh. do not degrade yourself by painting **** red. that is just tacky and poor taste. at least if its stock, they are just hubcaps, end of story.

 

i dont think a little more criticism would hurt.trust me i take alot from this town lol.wheels are satin black.just wanted sumn nobody had.but i will have the red lip and red h on the wheels within the next week hopefully.

 

what suspension are you on?

I think you have the front springs on the rear and the rear springs on the front lol

 

there lowering springs.and honestly i thought the same lol.i swapped them with a buddy and we put his fronts on my front and his rears on mine.the fronts should be longer correct??

 

thats pretty cheap for wheels. but ya dont paint the steelies red. lol

Springs are definetly mangled lol. The Shocker sticker is no where near being diffrent if not the exact opposite.

It looks ok, for hubcaps. You need to double check your lowering job because you have a problem out back. It looks like you forgot to install the lowered springs on the rear. I dunno.
