Default Shifting issues

plz help
Ok so i drove my H22 accord home from work everythings dandy i get home park it, every gear goes in smoothly except 5th it kinda grinded a tiny bit if u tried to shift faster then usual , parked it all night, wake up and drive to work and i can shift thru every gear but cant get it into 5th gear no matter what, even when the car is off it doesnt wanna go in 5th. also a side note when trying to shift into 5th while cars moving its kinda thumps and bumps like it doesnt wanna go in

U think its the 5th snycro? or synchro sleave

This is a common problem on this transmission. You have a bad 5th synchro and sleeve. The engagement teeth on the sleeve get damaged and hang up on the hub. This can also affect the shift to reverse. We have an upgraded carbon synchro sleeve set available to fix the problem.
