so i just put a new b18c5 swap into my 00 itr and i have no power to anything besides the headlights and taillights. my cluster lights up as well as the heater control stuff but no dash lights come on when i turn on the ignition. now i have the vallet key(lost the orginal) so shouldnt that key work with the immobilizer? I have a jumper harness to go from obd2b to obd1 with a chipped p72 with a c5 map. i have checked all my fuses, changed the main relay with 3 other ones and still nothing. WHat should i do next?

He's running obd1, chipped p72. it wouldn't look for immobilizer.
is the fuel pump priming when you turn on the ignition?
recheck the wiring harness going into the cabin by the clutch mc, as well as secure connections on the motor itself.

Double check your engine grounds (front of engine and transmission).
Make sure the main fuse box is connected to the wire harness. It is a single black ~10gauge wire that has an eye for a screw.

Could be the ignition harness as well, was that altered in anyway? make sure all your big connectors are snug into the fusebox.
What ecu jumper harness are you using? Was it working before?

think that is your problem. isnt the fuel pump wires in 99-00 Civic and 99+ integra swapped? remember selling a P73 to someone and it wouldnt work in his Si for that reason...

ok ill check ignition harness. ya i see what you guys are saying about the fuel pump but then why is nothing else happening when i turn the key on? i think there more to it then just the fuel pump not turning on. i mean no lights light up in the dash at all.
i think someone else said it, but one of my all time favs is the engine harness ground on the thermostat housing. every sensor, the ECU, and the main relay ground threw that. kinda important. make sure its tight (and clean). pretty sure also that you might not get most or all your cluster lights without it being solid.

Something else is your problem. HAving the ecu unplugged is not going to keep the dash lights off. make sure you did not blow any of the major fuses in the engine bay.

But no im not getting spark. ive changed plugs and wires. next ima try the dizzy, my engine harness is from a 2000 ls. would that be a problem? Also my temperature gauge goes straight to full hot when i turn on the ignition. ive unplugged the ecu and the ect sensor thats under the dizzy, and it still goes straight to hot. please help me everyone i need to have this car ready for inspection in a month.
