Emission Purger?
My friend is in the last stages of an engine swap from a D15B VTEC to a D15B 3 Stage VTEC engine. However he said he needs an "emission purger" otherwise the car would stall in idle.
Just want to know if this part exists & some knowledge on it. He has a 1993 Civic VTi by the way
