97 civic Ex with a JDM B20 swap - obd2a

I had a water problem with the ecu so I removed it and installed a spare temporarily it ran decent for a day and a half. I parked it at school came back 12 hrs later nada..

Now with three different ECU's it does the same thing; Solid CEL with the diagnostic port shorted, SRS light goes off briefly then comes back on. Car turns over beautifully, main relay stays on for the right amount of time... almost seems as though its out of gas, but I just filled it recently. It doesn't even try to have combustion.

The car has been running fine with no codes for over a year. It was pouring tonight when I was in the parking lot going over everything so I didn't get to check for spark (tomorrow I will) but I checked all connections, the spark plugs, dizzy cap & wires, grounds, and fuses to no avail.

Any idea's? maybe with all the rain someone know of something underhood that could short causing these conditions to occur??

yeah so i got out there this morning, and it started on the first crank - didnt touch a thing, no codes CEL or SRS light...

fcukn gremlins.
