ok so i bought an ignition switch put it in.
started right up drove it for a little bit . had to put the the ignition end through the passageway in order to proberly put the dashboard back on correcly. so put in garage

then sparks flew with the other electrical single wire end alway in the same area.
FORGOT TO TAKE OUT THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE TERMANALS. BIG LESSON LEARNED
hopefully not an expensive one.

so now its not even doing the things that it used to do when the ignition switch needed to be replaced.

all the lights work except the, fuel, check engine, oil,ect. and theirs no way in turning the lights on without it making that annoying noise. the stock cd unit lights turn on but doesn't turn on

i've checked all the fuses they are all good. i put the old ignition switch on and it did the same things.

i hope i didn't **** anything serious up....

what should i try next ? or what can be the problem

Did you check fuses under the hood?
