Default using f22 crankshaft in h22a4 motor

i recently spun a rod bearing and ruined my rod and scored the crank up pretty good......Ive been looking online for a remanufactured crankshaft, or even a used one on ebay and havent had any luck at all.......I have heard of people using a f22 or f23 crankshaft as a stroker in a h22 motor.......I wanna know more details about how hard this will be to do, cause i do have a f22 crankshaft and a f23 crankshaft sitting in my garage with rods on them.......I just wanna know if the mains are the same, or how hard this will be to put in there......I also wanna know if i will have to use a thicker head gasket and if so where do i get one from.....

Please guys i really need some answers so that i can get this thing running again, i got alot into it and cant stand seeing it just sit there, and also like i said i cant find a h22a4 crankshaft anywhere so this is about my only choice right now.......Even looked for a new one and cant find one......
