03 Si Failed emissions for EVAP??
I failed emissions for "EVAP readiness". No codes, no pending codes, no CEL, had a code for knock sensor 500+ miles ago. Sensor was replaced, codes cleared, 500-700 miles since then.
Any ideas?

weird... with none of mentioned above and 700 miles, you should be fine. I know this is no help, but it took my old whip about 200 miles to clear the codes after getting o2 simulator installed... GL
Is your car boosted? What's your set up? Do you have your valve cover vacuum lines hooked up? PCV valve working properly?
Give us more info about your setup and i'll try to help

in that case, you may just need to wait a bit longer, the mileage window for clearing/settling works different for all cars, although over 700 miles is kind of long... In my case above, I ended up going to emissions testing site twice; my cel cleared visually, but failed when hooked up to the machine/scanner. Second round, I waited and scanned prior to making second trip; passed.
Its a Greddy Kit, w/FMIC, all emissions stuff is hooked up and nothing is programmed out. Most of those 700 miles were interstate, 500-600 in one day. I took it out again last night and did another 75 or so with no luck. 2nd 02 has an anti-fouler, but in GA I can have 1 incomplete............I have two with the EVAP

^ Yes, I agree! They do state that it needs to run through cycle of driving conditions prior to clearing the codes. So, your long trip may not have been enough...
According to the PH2, the car never sees 0 MPH with the E Manage. Even at a complete stop, it shows 4MPH. THis might be causing my havoc.
