To make a long story short, I ****ed up my fuel needle in my cluster and my temp needle as well. I don't give a **** about the temp needle but i need the fuel level gauge needle cause i don't want to be stranded.

So, I'm looking for a fuel level pod gauge..And i came across one, But i don't know what the hell OHM means it reads the following

"Will only work with fuel level senders that have the following OHM resistance level: 0 - 120 OHMs"

I don't want to buy the wrong gauge. So if any of you guys could help me out on this one i will worship you.

How many OHM'S Should i look for, As in how many of it can my fuel sender resist?

USA,Canada Produced (ceramic Board Type) empty105 - 108 ohms half 29.5 - 35.5 ohms full 3.5 - 5 ohms
Japan Produced (wire -Wound Type) empty 105 - 110 ohms half 29.5 - 39.5 ohms full 2 - 5 ohms


this is for a 96 civic coupe. im sure all the civic's are the same lol.

 

So am i good on buying a gauge that has 107.5 - 7 OHMS?

Actually, What's the safest bet. am i looking for a fuel gauge that has 105-5 OHMS or anything in between it or what?
Sorry i'm not that good when it come's to this technical stuff, Just trying to get a gauge for my fuel level lol
