Just wondering what I should ask for when I sell 1987 Honda Civic Si with almost 250,000 miles? All stock. Still runs and drives. Has its quirks. Has some new parts.

ok then, uhh ask 1000, take 600. Work the haggle: you ask 1000, maybe they offer 750, SOLD! maybe they offer 500, you counter with 600...If you're not in a hurry you could probably get 1500 out of it from somebody

 

Yeah, I'm not in a hurry.
I just bought a new car with less miles. I didn't want to ask too much or too little.
Thanks though, I was scared you were gonna say something like $200. I love this thing to death.
If you did, I would have kept it. Possibly turned it into a rally car. haha.

 

It's not worth anything. I will take it off your hands and dispose of it for you so you don't have to waste any time getting rid of it.

But I'd rather sell it to someone that loves Honda's that will at least try to keep it going further or swap the engine out and make it purr.

But the thing is... the engine runs fine. It's the other little stuff that I didn't want to keep putting money into. So I saved and saved and bought another Honda Civic.
