hey wassup guys i have a 2000 civic ex turbo and today i went to get my car inspected. Its now more strict here in tennessee. They pluged a OBDII adapter into my apater and it said that my car was NOT READY. It said CATALYST EVAPORATIVE SYSTEM OXYGEN SENSOR monitors not ready??? what does that mean? How can i fix that.?

You better find a crooked place to take your car to, otherwise youll probably never find a way to beat those Emissions and Inspection *****.
