Gearing is different, driver's side axle is different, and halfshaft is different; other than that, they're the same.

The transmissions are interchangeable, if you want to put an H22 in your F22 car, it'll work, just use the halfshaft that matches the axle and you're good to go.

There are multiple H22 transmissions and multiple F22 transmissions, each with different gearing.

F22 gears are longer than H22
Some people prefer to use the F22 tranny when boosting so they dont have to shift as often, However, some people also do H2B with a b16 tranny on boost and have to shift as soon as they get it in gear
It is mostly a preference thing based on what type of build you are going with

My friend has a H2B LSD del sol with full bolt ons and he just barely passes me in my stock H22 EK coupe (Lightened Dx) so in my opinion the H2B is not worth the cost

^ You failed. ^

Read my post again. Also, this is a Prelude thread. No one does H2B on a Prelude.
