I was able to salvage 2 out of 6 bolts.
The two salvaged were the closest to the center of the chasis.
They have a pointy end.

What are the part numbers for the remaining 4 (bolt to strut and to hub)?

Looks like 34 and 35 if I'm reading correctly. Assuming you mean the rear...

 

What about the third bolt?

 

Find it in the diagram.

 

I've tried.
I see the LCA, number 15/17.
But there's only 2 bolts and 3 holes.
Is there something I'm not seeing?

third bolt in under the "rear shock absorber" diagram

you need:
(2) 90173-SR3-003 outside trailing arm bolt (same bolt as inner)
(2) 90172-SK7-A01 middle shock bolt

Also, all three bolts are pretty much exactly the same. they are all m10x1.25 with 80mm length for inner and outer. 84mm length for shock. Also they are way too damn expensive from honda. go hit up your local hardware store for some quality bolts at a fraction of the cost

 

When a part appears more than one time in an assembly, they don't usually show every one in the parts diagram, only one of them.

If you click on the link above to go to the Delray Acura website, you'll see that it indicates how many of each part number is needed (if you replace all of them).

 

if you dont have a acura dealer close like i do. just go to honda and pick them up for a 92-95 civic. they are the same

 

Make sure you anti-seize all the bolts before you put them back in so this doesnt happen again
