GSR burns oil and antifreeze
Hello HT. So my GSR has been burning oil for quite a long time now and i thought it was a problem with my valve stem seals, since the compression was perfect the last time i checked - 230 in all four. Now, i found that it also eats antifreeze fluid almost the same amount as engine oil - a quart every ~300 miles.
Funny thing, the car doesn't smoke and oil seems to be regular color, not mixed with antifreeze. Also, i don't see any leaks, except for the vtec solenoid gasket which is not that bad.
I have a black soot on my rear bumper, but i was pretty sure it was because of my TPS sensor and running rich.
Anyways, im planning on changing the head gasket and valve seals somewhere in near future, but i need to figure what could be more possible problem so i start with it first?
All input appreciated, thanks in advance.
P.s. The car is a 95 GSR with 86k original miles, only mod is exhaust.

I'm getting the same thing with my swapped hatch.. it just started smoking some and losing coolant, oil is clear and plugs look fine, compression was at 230 in all but cylinder #2, it was only 180... I'm hoping its just a headgasket.
Headgasket went, but you need to ask yourself why?
Did it over heat?
When you replace the head gasket you will want to make sure the block and head are perfectly flat as possible to get the best seal. If not you'll be right back at it. Make sure you use NEW OEM head bolts or ARP head studs.
