Im putting a JDM H22A into my 92,it has an F22A1 in it presently,I need to get this bad boy in fast. Can I use the same transmission,do I need to bang out the firewall,please help me out guys. Im new to this,and im putting alot of money into this engine. I dont want it to blow up in the first 5 minutes

 

H series will match to the f series tranny, However I believe you will need to get some H series mounts I am not for sure if the F series mounts will match

Also you should not need to modife the firewall

 

Yeah from what i know you will need to get some mounts, but there not hard to find.

 

Thank you,next question,lol. The motor is in pieces at the moment. It has no gaskets what so ever. I need a master gasket set,thats what I was told. Or can I use a full gasket set,if I do use that full gasket set,what else will I need? I have the pistons,and new piston rings. Its a closed deack head,I am having it rehoned. What parts will I need to do this swap?! I know I need a p13 obd1 ecu..what am I missing?
