Sooo... boosted bb6 doesn't need front mount?
I have a greddy boosted bb6 and was gonna upgrade. that darn cross member sure makes things tight. I've done a little reading and just wanted confirmation. with solid motor mounts 80+, I can delete that cross member / front mount??? only lookin to make 3ish hp.

I don't have an answer for your question but was wondering, is this car going to be daily driven? If so solid mounts will be wayy too harsh. But if its your track ***** then go for it.

Look into a traction bar system, you cannot delete the crossmember completely because of the radius rods which control the caster angle. Explicit Speed Performance makes a great one and the front mount is optional on theirs as long as you have stiffer sides and rear.
