I have a 97 civic lowered on tein springs with an em1 rear swaybar and all season tires, rest of the car is stock. What class would they put me in? can i get in the stock class or will they put ime in street modified?

 

You would be in ST class as long as those are your only mods.

 

also have a catback exhaust and drop in filter and skunk2 upper control arms to fix my chamber

 

this is covered in the FAQ, but like Mike said, ST.

 

yup cat back is legal in all classes. Drop in filter for stock intake is legal in all classes, and skunk2 control arms is fine for ST also.
