Default f22 crankshaft and rods on h22a4 motor

i know that the f22 crankshaft and rods will work on a h22 motor, people on forums have posted some stuff that just makes my head spin.....When doing this cranks swap will the crank and rods bolt right in and run the car, or will i have to do any clearence mods, or any mods in the bottom end?

Also i am asking this because i just put 2 grand into my h22 motor and it started to knock today, i tried running it home easy and it seized right up.....Would it be better/cheaper for me to rebuild my h22 block, or throw my h22 head on f22 block? also if i do frankenstein this f22 block with h22 head will it still rev to 8200?

Any answers would be great even if its not much, i really need to learn more about this before tomorrow cause thats when i plan to do it all......Thanks
