Default Head studs and main studs; At what power level is this actualy needed?

Ok, I know that people have made plenty of power on bone stock motors with stock bolts, I am just wondering at what power levels are the factory bolts no longer considered "reliable"?
I am asking this because I approaching being done building my f22 and I need to save money where I can so I can finish up. Saving that extra 240+shipping would help expedite my completion of this project a good bit.

Thanks in advance.

what are the advantages of using arp head bolts? my builder is putting them in and he said they keep the head from lifting any other plus by using them?

If you get mainstuds you should have the mains line honed, just a FYI. I used arp L19s and arp mainstuds on my 4g63, im looking for 750-850hp. If I was looking for 5-600 I would have kept it with stock mains, and std arps.

I can see how the increased pressure could cause the mains to be out of round. I'm not sure how you knew but yes this is for an accord.

I will no longer build a boosted honda without ARP headstuds. Nothing is more dissapointing than getting it all together, and having a head gasket issue. Just spend the $125 ish dollars, and know that its cheap insurance. As far as the mains go, leave it stock. No way youll need the mains studded until MAJOR power is planned. save your bucks for other things before main studs.
