*blinded in the dark* Headlights don't turn ON!
I don't have a shop manual, so I can't really help troubleshoot my friend's car. It's a 95 EX which he just bought. But since he test drove it during the day, he didn't know that the headlights had a hard time turning on.
Here's the problem. The parking lights come on okay. But when you turn the stick once more, the headlights don't turn on. It's rather sporadic, as it takes many flicks of the switch to get them on. BTW, the high beams still work though when you pull the stick back.
Is it a relay problem? And where can I locate it? I've checked all the fuses and everything seems okay? What do you think can cause a random short like this? Thanx for any help!

Well, when you pull the stick back that is putting the brights on, and not the headlight part of the bulb. Perhaps the headlight is burnt out, but the brights aren't. Could be the wiring too.

Is there just one relay under the hood? I'm pretty sure I've checked it and it SEEMS okay...but I'll have to double check it. Is there any other relays under the dash or anywhere else? Thanx for the help guys.
