ok my 99 coupe ex just blowen the #4 pistion rings and its done!! its a stock auto was my dd for work so i was thinking of putting in a b18b1 auto other then new mounts and ecu what else would i need???

also why dont you just get a full swap w/ an manual tranny and dump that auto

 

just little more power and tq thats all and i don't want to do a manual conversion kinda strapped on money and time

that aint gonna happen but seriously op why not get the original motor? IMO there is no point of getting a swap if you are not gonna go mess with the motor. you said you want more torque you are not gonna find it in a civic mostly 12 year old car but thats just my opinion

 

IIRC I don't think you can drop in an auto B-series and get it to work in a Civic...
