Turbo oil feed when using a thermostatic sandwich plate?
Hi guys!
Right, oil cooler kit is going on the car. I'll be using a Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate, I have a few inline adaptors between the cooler and the plate for oil temp and oil pressure senders, but I just realised... I can't run the turbo feed from here, because the thermostat on the sandwich plate won't open until I hit a certain temp which means no oil for the turbo until I'm up to temp!!!
I have also seen it's advised not to feed the turbo directly from the back of the block, you have to use filtered oil.
Is there a way around this? Not sure what to do now!
Thanks
Dan
