Looks like the ATTS control unit out of a Type-S. What's the model number? I'll bet it has a P5P in there somewhere.

well it came from an automatic prelude SI with a f22b engine dohc non vtec

Your title said it was out of a bb6, but there was no SI model for the 5th gen. If it's 4th gen (bb4), my guess would be a control unit for the 4ws system.

Japan had an Si in the 5th gen - it has 4 stud wheels and is non-vtec.
Definately not the 4ws unit. Its WAY bigger than that.
