Default wiring harness issue, need help!

OK. So this is my project right. My car is a 97 Civic Hatch and I have the B20Z2 engine in right now with Type R tranny.

I read a lot of write ups about it and they keep on saying that all the plugs and connectors will work and I have to use the stock engine harness for the car which I did. BUT first thing I saw when I was plugging all the connector/plugs the distributor plug doesn't work for the harness and I'm missing 2 more plugs that my stock car harness doesn't have (I can't remember which ones)

My next solution is use the A/T engine harness for the B20Z and use the same year LS Integra M/T ECU. I know I'm gonna have problems with dash harness. LOL. I check the PCM terminal arrangement for both cars (CRV and Integra) they match pretty much except for the connector D (which is for A/T). I also checked both pictures of an 00-01 OBD2B LS Integra and a 2000 CRV ECU connector. Looks like they match. Will this work?

Can you guys help me out with this. I need some help. Thanks!

you cant use the AT harness. it has diff wires and plugs.
use the 97 hatch one. if you have plugs left over youl be fine as long as you have the essentials.
the ecu i believe wont work since it will read a differnt compression. it will run like crap unless you have it chipped or tuned for that comp..

I have both harness for 97 civic and B20z engine.

One of the issues I have is on the distributor, the B20z has 8 wires and the civic harness has 9. I was told that I can cut the plug from the civic harness and use the plug from the CRV but I don't know which wire I'm gonna eliminate coz one has 8 and the other has 9.
