Default O2 Sensor

Where is the O2 Sensor located in the 2000 EK3 - EXi (D15Z4 Engine A/T) ???

don't have one on the Exhaust Manifold.... not in this model anyway...i guess i;ll have to check under the car for the other.....

cleaning it with carb cleaner is ok ?

if you're staring at the engine from the front of the car, the first one should be right in the center of the manifold before the catalytic converter. the second one you can access from underneath the car.

i've never heard of anyone cleaning an o2 sensor with carb cleaner and having it work again. if it's throwing a code, you should just replace it.

I believe this should cover the D15Z4 (it covers the D14A4, which is similar in component location). I checked the D14Z2 to make sure they didn't change anything for 2000 and the locations are the same. (The D14A4 and D14Z2 are 1.4i engines used in the UK.)

One mounted to the side of the bottom of the exhaust manifold.
One mounted on the rear of the catalytic converter.
