Taillights won't turn off... ???
I just finished my swap and the b20vtec roars and all, but, for some reason, any time the battery is connected, the tailights are on and won't go off unless I unplug the battery. Any suggestions?
it sounds like you have some messy wiring. That's confusing to me, you should not have affected the taillights at any point during the swap.
I didnt mess with any wiring for the lights, the shell came like this, it had an alarm that we had to remove but it was still on before we did that and now they continue to stay on.

I imagine some wires under the dash have to be improperly connected.
Trying to fix it myself and not have to take it any where...

seriously you must have a short somewhere thats giving voltage when it shouldnt
I have NO idea how you did that with a swap but you did so start testing wires till you find whats wrong
if you have to ask how to do it you may want to take it somewhere and avoid a BIG headache
I was trying to avoid taking it somewhere because I know it's a simple thing I can fix, I just want to other suggestions on where to look because I checked most of the wiring and the fuses and I can't seem to figure it out, I'm hoping someone else has had this problem before???
check the harness in the reae of the car where the bulbs and make sure there done right when i first got my car they were tampered to where the turnsignals were allways on dam show cars
Check the Brake Light Switch on your pedal, it may be out of adjustment and it might be your brake lights that are on.

none of the above worked, any more ideas?
It's the Taillights, not the brake lights, I have no idea wtf is going on with this thing

Tail lights or BRAKE lights? There's a difference.
And double check that brakelight switch where your brake pedal is, because that is more than likely the problem if it's the brake lights.
Tail lights?
Damn that would just suck - sounds like electrical then...
