I have a B18B1 block and B18C1 head. They both are OBD1 and my chassis is Ej6 (OBD2)! What engine harness and compents will I need for a plug and play option. Also the build is n/a trying for 12.0:1 C/R if that will help on suggestions.

 

Do some research. Everything is pretty simple and has been done a million times.

I called and the dude told me I would pass emissions! Even with a brand new engine harness from them! Thats why I ask!

Are you in California? If you are, there's a reason why you won't find any info regarding a smog legal B18B1/B18C1 hybrid...

If it helps the chassis is OBD2, and the head is OBD1 also the block OBD1.
