I have a chance to get a 97 with a h22a in it. The head is off now just needs to be put back on. He also had a jdm h22 motor. If I get the car I wanna built it and turbo it. I was told if I want to put rods and pistons in the usdm h22a I have to sleeve it. I know the jdm motor has closed deck. How much power can a stock h22 motor handle and should I put rods and pistons in the closed deck block?
