I'm thinking 21 VTEC spool solenoid valve

Edit: WTF is a VTEC Spool Solenoid Valve? I know what the vtec solenoid is. I took that off and made sure it wasn't clogged up or anything. Other than that, I don't know tons about Vtec.

For anyone who doesn't know, long blinks represent the first number, short blinks the second number. Multiple codes will have an obvious pause between them.

VTEC Spool Solenoid Valve = VTEC Solenoid, aka VTEC lock-up control solenoid valve.

Its not too hard to test, you'll need a multimeter and a manual, even a cheap Hanye's will tell you how.
