Need help getting a cel: p1259 (code 22)
well it all started after i got my apexi-neo installed. i noticed during the install my cel came up, as the mechanic was wiring it in place. i asked him what was up and he said he will take care of it no worries. After he was done everything was good no cel and it drove fine , even took it for a dyno run to get tuned. about 2 days later the cel came back "code 22", so i took it back to the shop and they said it was my oil pressure switch and they also rechecked the wiring and everything was correct. so i got a new switch and im still getting a code 22.
what u guys think? is this typical for a safc-neo i know the stock vtec engagement is 4500 rpm(gsr), now its been changed to 5700rpm. could it still be the wiring of the safc-neo is wrong. i will be taking it back to the shop tomorrow but would like some of ur input, especailly if u have experienced anything similar to this.
sucks driving a camed gsr with no vtec
