CEL code 21, need help.
ok, i got a 95 ex and ive been trowing a cel and i just checked it and its code 21 (VTEC solinoid valve). i just put in a apexi vafc and thats when the cel started coming up (under heavy acceleration when vtec changes over). has anyone else had this problem? could it be a problem with the wiring? help me out i gotta turbo watin to go on and i wanna get this cleared up first. thanks guys.
