Default VTEC not engaging *Searched* Neptune

So since the new built B-series is in, I decided to see if high cam works.....and it does not.

I know it's some oldschool ****, but I am currently on a chipped P30 on Neptune (Non RTP).

I have tried absolutely everything.....atleast I think.

VTEC engagement is currently set at 5200rpm

I have checked the "ignore load settings for low load"
Disengage Delay RPM is set at 135
Low/High throttle threshold is set at 0%
Min load is set at 500
Min speed and ECT are both set at 0
I have "disable below load threshold" unchecked

Now here's the tricky part
I have tried checking all of the below boxes, I have also tried unchecking all of the below boxes. Currently I have "VTEC ecu" checked, and the rest are unchecked. I just want high cam to come in, you know, kind of like a window switch. Doesn't matter if I'm WOT or 0%, I want high cam to be engaged at 5200rpm and above.

Also, I have checked all the wiring, and it is fine. The solenoid has continuity with pin A4. The solenoid clicks when I put power to it. And vtec used to work on my old, boosted B16, which used the same noid.

I have been driving around burning chips for the last ****ing hour with a test light spliced into pin A4 to see if the ECU is putting a signal out. And it is NOT!

I'm kind of flabbergasted.....This problem is driving me insane.

The only other thing that I can think of is that my ecu somehow went bad??

Really need inputs. If nothing else works, I may just have to use the output feature Neptune has and trigger VTEC through that.

And yes, my built motor DOES make good oil pressure, and it is not low on oil.

Like I mentioned in the post on my forum, I'm not sure how you're burning chips unless you're a dealer. If you don't have an RTP and you're not a dealer, you can't change the settings.

Your VTEC engagement clearly says 4000 in the picture you're showing, not 5200.
