I'm wondering if it's more the pfffssshhh sound of the Type S or the whistle/chirp of the HKS SSQ. I always thought it was stupid to worry about the sound of a bov, but I can't help but wonder...

if you just looking for a nice sounding bov, type s is the way to go. But for an over all performing bov and wastegate, you can't go wrong with tial.

It won't be a problem using the TiAL with lower boost levels correct? Like 7-10psi?

How do the tial bov's sound?
I run the Tial Blow off Valve on my daily driver.. It doesnt sound very special at all.. Its more like a Whip-pshh.. of air instead of the Pshhhhh Greddy/Blitz style blow off valves...

But if you are looking at the performance aspect of it, The Tial Valve is by far the nicer unit. That is a very decent price he is selling them at also..

Also, if you are running a Non-Vtec engine w/ the Tial Blow off Valve and Some Very large duration Cams, you will need to get a differnt spring for the Blow of Valve, since you wont have enough vacuum to open it up.. I had this problem with my ZC. I replaced the Spring with a 22 in. vac spring
