Default Oil light. HELPPP!!!

Ok since i got this car my oil light never came on when i turn the ignition to ON position. i thought it was the bulb in the cluster but it was fine. so today i took a look at the oil pressure sensor at the back of the block by an oil filter and saw a wire from the sensor is cut and i couldnt find the other end that was cut. So now im stuck!! idk what i should do. and is it only 1wire there? HELP ME out people! i need my oil light working so id know when my oil pressure drops.

its a single wire. look around the area of the loom where the injector harness and alternator plugs come out. it should be there somewhere, you might have to cut the loom open a little. alot of idiots cut wires like idiots to fix random lights they always have on

its there, i recommend disconnecting your injectors (and all other plugs on the mani), alternator, and o2 sensor and bring that part of the harness around to the tranny side so you can get a real good look at it

just use a butt connector for a temp fix. if you got steady hands, solder it back together when you get a chance.

yea but seems theres no room to do it lol things are in the way. maybe i need to extend the wire alil longer than that then use a butt connector.
