i got my polished eg subframe in today from asr. im kind of confused how this bolts up. this is the newer model subframe made by them.
how do these brackets work?


all the write ups i see only have the smaller brackets not the bigger ones. to me it seems like on the bigger bracket the bigger hole would be where the lower control arms would go. pics would deff help.

 

If I'm not mistaken, the larger bracket is screwed onto the backside of the brace, and the smaller brackets go inside the subframe on the inside of the sheet metal.

 

wait asr makes these now? I thought beaks came out with this first instead of the whole brace bar? I thought asr only made the full brace bars

with my kit never figured out where they go lol

 

As far as I know, they do only make the whole brace bar. OP posted a pic of the mounting hardware for it, which sorta looks like the Beaks kit.
