We are doing this event at the NSCRA Finals Dec 4th and 5th.

$1000 entry. $500 deposit due by Nov 5.

Rules
Race Format: Quick 16 field, Pro ladder, Heads-up, Pro tree, No breakout. 1/4 mile Drag Racing.
General: All vehicles and Drivers must comply with NHRA / IHRA / NSCRA safety rules and regulations. Engine catch pan or diaper is required. Chassis certification and Driver licensing must be completed prior to event. NSCRA rules are subject to change based on the National Sport Compact Racing Association's commitment and dedication to competitive racing for every enthusiast.
Body: Import or domestic compact car bodies allowed. Doors must open and close from inside and outside the vehicle. All lightweight component body parts allowed. One-piece front ends allowed.
Chassis: Full tube chassis vehicles with functional doors allowed.
Suspension: Any style suspension is permitted. Wheelie bars are permitted.
Street Equipment: Not required.
Windows: Lexan windows are permitted.
Interior: Not required.
Exhaust: Not required.
Electronics: Two-steps, data loggers, aftermarket ECU’s, and engine management systems are allowed.
Driveline: Open to FWD and RWD cars.
Transmission: Any type transmission is permitted. Aftermarket bell housings, axles, gears, spools, and differentials are permitted.
Clutch / Shifter: Any style clutch is permitted. Any style shifter is permitted. Air shifters or electric shifters are permitted.
Engine: Only OEM 4-cylinder, 2-rotor, and 3-rotor engines are permitted. Any internal engine modifications are permitted. Engine must be of automotive import origin or offered as OEM in compact cars sold in North America. Motor swaps of same manufacturer or different manufacturers are allowed as long as they meet weight requirements. Aftermarket blocks are permitted on 4-cylinder vehicles only. Maximum Displacement is 2.700 liter.
Induction: Any style intake is permitted. Individual throttle bodies are permitted. EFI or carburetors are permitted.
Power Adders: Not permitted. If nitrous oxide was previously on vehicle, then nitrous bottles and solenoids must be removed from car and nitrous nozzles must be capped.
Intercooling: Not permitted.
Fuel: Gasoline, E-85 or alcohol is permitted. Aftermarket fuel cells are permitted and may be mounted in engine bay or rear of vehicle.
Tires: All tires are checked by sidewall designation
FWD cars: Maximum size slick is 28.0” x 10.5”
RWD cars: Maximum size slick is 28.0” x 10.5”
Minimum Weights: All minimum weights include the driver.

if it wasnt for me being able to test the car after oct i would pull my motor out of the street car and throw it in the tube car and throw the dry sump and tune on meth

We are going to be at PRI anyway, so we are in. Even if it gets moved, we are in. I see 9 cars on the sheet and Norris has 2, so we should have at least a full 8 car class if everyone is up for it. I don't see why we can't get more people involved with the amount of time before the event.
