obd1 auto p72 ecu help

Default obd1 auto p72 ecu help

on a jdm auto p72 ecu obd1 is the vtec wiring the same from a p28 pinout? im having problems with the vtec solenoid its chowing code 21 as soon as i put the key half way withought having to turn on the car i know i did the wiring right unless its located differently on this ecu???

anyone have any ideas? i tried a different solenoid also an same thing is happening.

Pinouts should be the same, OBD1 Automatic P73s have an extra plug for the TCM, but other than that the other 3 plugs should be the same.
