I built my own manifold for holset hy35 (t3) but im thinking to go with big 16g or 18g or similar, so i found ebay this adapter:

And im thinking should i weld new flange to manifold or use this adapter? This adapter looks pretty good.





This adapter doesnt look too good to exhaust flow and its not option, but how about first one?



So with the first one, does it resist flow too much and i should cut t3 flange off and weld new 16g flange?
