Default 97 Gsr Rebuilding head

I have a couple questions , I dont know wether I want to buy the blox type A or Type B camshafts? I know you have to change the valvetrain for the Type Bs but am I really going to see a difference with going to the Type Bs and switching valvetrain or would I just be getting the valve train to rev higher?

And this is what I found out on the Camshafts
TYPE A VTEC Camshafts
Intake (lift / duration) 0.462" / 247º
Exhaust (lift / duration) 0.420" / 239º

TYPE B VTEC Camshafts
Intake (lift / duration) 0.489" / 266º
Exhaust (lift / duration) 0.472" / 266º

More lift, more duration, higher powerband....all require valve spring upgrades
