Default D16/D15B(OBDII) Injector Voltage

What is the proper voltage reading I should be getting across the injector wire harness pins when the car is cranking? I get a 12.5 voltage drop to ground so I know they have power. Just want to know how much is needed to pulse the injectors when the circut closes. Thanks.

Please if someone has a second can they remove a plug from thier injector and just test the voltage between the two pins on the wire harness while the car is cranking/running? I really need to know this information to diagnose whether or not I have wiring issue...I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
