Bah! I saw one a couple of months ago...

 

umm let's see... so you you have a 99-00 vsm civic ex coupe. with a mugen replica front lip and hyper white turn signal bulbs. everythign else looks stock. what's that on your lip? it look slike either scrapes or writing, on the middle top of the lip... i think if you did some more stuff to your car it'd be better, or there would be more response.

 

Is your lip the same color as the car?

Loose the aftermarket turn signal bulbs.

Keep it stock looking.....what's under the hood?

 

i know blue bulbs are considered "rice" but i like the way they look on silver cars. might i suggest lowering it...

 

please paint that lip and lower the car

I think they make pisser lights for that model!!!!

 

lpaint the lip, lower it, get some decent Honda alumanium wheels, lose the sunroof cover. get some CTR headlights...

they are only considered rice because they add a tacky, gawdy heavy contrast to your front face of your car. its not a so smooth feature
