Default Running super rich and power loss

My setup is a turbo F22A in an ej. I tuned it and it ran perfectly fine for a year.

Did some work on the car this weekend, put it back together and now it is running very rich.
It idles MUCH richer.... partial throttle is richer.... and at wide open throttle it went from 11.8 to 10.0 AFR

Trying to figure out what I did that caused this....

Everything I changed on the car this weekend:

- I removed my exhaust and running open downpipe now but this should have made it run a big leaner and not the other way around....

- I installed fully gutted/ported H23 intake manifold runners... This should have made it run a bit leaner (because it should be getting more air obviously) But maybe I connected something wrong ?

I did not touch anything else on the car. I don't have a CEL or any idle problems. It honestly FEELS like a major boost leak but according to my boost gauge I don't have one. I am guessing this HAS to be related to the new intake manifold install. Maybe TPS is bad or something connected wrong?(but then I would have a CEL?)
Any help is greatly appreciated

Checked all sensors today. TPS, MAP, IAT, ECT. All are working correctly.
Checked the wiring.
Checked for vac leaks.

Everything seems to be fine except it is still running super rich.

Could this be caused by the new gutted intake manifold? I am out of ideas

Blah... datalogged and all sensors seem to be sending correct signals...

The vac and boost readings are normal on the gauge when driving/idling...

What else am I missing that could have caused it to run rich?
