Default 97 civic lx idle screwed up again...

started bouncing up n down when warmed. cleaned entire tb and removed it from car, cleaned underneath it too. cleaned idle sensor thoroughly. new ngk sparkers. new wires, fuel filter. new ox sensors, before and after cat. cleaned pvc valve, pain in the ***. how do you remove the oil breather steal box? all together now, and idle control system malfunction engine light. i reset the light and put the idle bak at 800rpm, was at 1000rpm, and it hunts a bit when stopped, 600-800, rattles the car....... thoughts???

The FITV is under the throttle body and there should be coolant hoses running to and from it.
