I have the dark grey 3m tape that came in red film. Its heavy duty stuff. As long as its prepped right it wont come off. Mine has been on for a year already no issues.

It's the same 3M tape that OEM accessory visors come with. Clean the area well with like isopropanol. Mount the visor.

Instructions for OEM visors say to heat the tape area after you mount it.

You can just do it on a warm sunny day.. mid afternoon after the car has been out in the sun all day clean the area off with soapy water.. dry .. clean with a 70% rubbing alcohol and be sure not to touch the tape. Goodluck!

this works as well, its way better when the windshield if hot because it'll simply stay on and stick faster

Bringing this back up.. anyone got pics of rear visor installed? I saw one on the road and it looked whacked since the visor points more up than flush with the roof line of the car..

Use a hair dryer or heat gun to gently heat the mounting surface and the exposed tape. That makes it still like CRAZY!
