Default Need HELP..Car Hesitates at 1000-1500 RPM

I just had a d16z6 installed in my Ek. The car is running really good but the only problem i have is that it seems to hesitate when i press the gas down. It only does it when i press the gas quick and only between 1000 through 1500 rpm, after 1500 rpm it revs up perfect and idles good. It sounds like its getting to much air or not enough gas (bogs). Does anyone have an idea of what can it be. Would apprecieate the feedback.

Check the ignition timing. I had the problem, and it was off several degrees.
